Booking & Payment Policies

To ensure the highest quality learning environment, please review our policies before booking:

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the course date require full payment.

• No-shows on the day also require full payment.

• Course kits (if purchased) are only provided on the first day of training and cannot be collected in advance.

• Remaining balance is due on the morning of your course.

These policies allow us to prepare fully for your training and maintain fairness for all students.
